The suction oil filter is a device installed at the oil pump suction port. It mainly removes solid particles, impurities, moisture and other pollutants in the oil before the oil is pumped into the system for use, thereby protecting the normal operation of the system, extending the life of the equipment, and improving the efficiency and reliability of the system.
Installation:
It can be directly installed on the side, top or bottom of the oil tank, with its oil suction cylinder intruding below the liquid level in the oil tank, and the filter head exposed outside the oil tank. The oil suction filter is usually equipped with self-sealing valves, bypass valves and filter element pollution blockage transmitters. These designs prevent the oil in the oil tank from flowing out when the filter element is replaced or cleaned.
Function:
Protect hydraulic components: remove solid particles in the oil, prevent wear and blockage of hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders and other components, and extend the life of the equipment.
Improve system efficiency: Clean oil can reduce friction and wear inside the system, improve the response speed and control accuracy of the hydraulic system.
Reduce maintenance costs: Reduce overall maintenance costs by reducing equipment failures and maintenance needs.
Environmental protection: Protect the environment by reducing oil leakage and pollution.
Application:
Oil suction filters are widely used in various hydraulic systems, especially in equipment such as concrete mixer trucks, to ensure the cleanliness of the oil tank and effectively control impurities and pollutants in the hydraulic system.
